Brian Rolfe memorial

This photo is of Joy Rolfe and the family on the bench that Lawford Parich Council installed in memory of Brian Rolfe M.B.E who served LPC for many years both as a councillor and as Chairman. He achieved much during his time with the council and the bench has been installed at School Lane in his memory.  Joy, his wife said "We are all very proud of him for his commitment to the community. The sign says it all."
