Mistley and Lawford given plastic-free status by Surfers Against Sewage

Lawford Parish Council is delighted to be joining Mistley Parish Council and Manningtree Town Council in receiving ‘Surfers Against Sewage’ Plastic Free Communities Status.

Lawford is following the www.plasticfree.org.uk Five Step Plan to reduce dependence on Single-Use Plastic.

Cllr Val Guglielmi, Chair of the Parish Council, said “We are pleased to be part of this initiative, caring about and making better choices for the planet”
